Shipping policy

At ZetGSM, all products are print-on-demand, meaning each item is made specifically for you after you place an order. This allows us to offer unique designs, but it also affects how shipping and returns work. Please read this policy carefully.


1. Shipping destinations

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Fulfillment & processing time

All orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners after purchase.

  • Fulfillment time: 2–5 business days

Fulfillment includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Because items are made to order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started. Please double-check your order details before placing your order.


3. Shipping time

After fulfillment is completed and your order is handed to the carrier:

  • Shipping time: 3–4 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location or carrier performance.


4. Total estimated delivery time

Most orders arrive within:

  • 5–9 business days total
    (2–5 business days fulfillment + 3–4 business days shipping)

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.


5. Shipping carriers & tracking

  • Orders are shipped using domestic carriers selected by our fulfillment partners.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


6. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed.


7. Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


8. Delays outside our control

ZetGSM is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • carrier disruptions

  • weather conditions

  • peak shipping periods

  • incorrect address details

  • events outside our control

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is the carrier’s responsibility.


9. Lost, missing, or marked-as-delivered packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors

  2. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us at contact@zetgsm.com and we will assist where possible. Please note that replacements or refunds for carrier-confirmed deliveries are handled on a case-by-case basis.


10. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • misprinted

  • or incorrect

Please contact us at contact@zetgsm.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • your order number

  • clear photos or video of the issue

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


11. Relationship to Return & Refund Policy

Because all items are print-on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect model selection, or preference reasons.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled strictly according to our Return & Refund Policy, which you should review before placing an order.
